SC1405DISTRT Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~6V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 14 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number SC1405.Specification is for 5V supply voltage operation.The board contains 14 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 30V (Bootstrap).
