SC1302BIMSTRT Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~16.5V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number SC1302.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A board with 8 component pins is available.
