Microcontroller 80 Pin 2.5V PQFP
S912XD128F2MAA Overview
Packaged in a PQFP format, this MCU is available in a compact size. There are 59 I/Os on the Microcontroller. This is a MICROCONTROLLER uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. During the manufacturing process, 80 terminations were applied to the IC chip. 16-bits are used in Microcontroller. The MCU chip's supply output is 2.5V volts. Currently, MCU chip has YES DMA channels. 128kB memory size belongs to the Chip part. There are YES PWM channels on the device. The chip has 80 pins. The clock has 12 timers/counters to keep track of the time. There is a FLASH memory feature on this equipment. A total of 59 programmable I/Os are available on this board.
