RT9629BZQW Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 24-WQFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 24 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 24 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.A high-side voltage can be set up to 15V (Bootstrap).Due to its power supplies of 12V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.
