RT9214ZSP Overview
Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Bulk enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 5V 12V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 300kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Phase Control.
