RT8274GSP Overview
It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with 4.75V~24V voltage are supplied and operated. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem.
