RT7021AGN Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.A supply voltage of 13V~20V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Non-Inverting.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
