RT4805AWSC Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-UFBGA, WLCSP package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2.5MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 1.8V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's 2A Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5V. With its peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. Voltage can be produced at 2.85V volts by voltage regulator. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 2.85V. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 4.4V, which is the highest available.
