REF4132A25DBVR Overview
The reference voltage makes use of the handy SOT-23-5 package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Series Precision References control.External packaging MouseReel encloses the voltage reference ic.Tolerance of ±0.05% for precise voltage measurements.A voltage of 2.5 V is output as a result of the test statistics.A Fixed form is available for input by the user.In the case of demanding PCB designs, Surface Mount is available.Suitable for work within -40°C ~ 125°C (TA).Inputs of 10 mA are compatible with the reference voltage.Most commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply 3V ~ 5.5V volts.In this case, the voltage is fixed at 2.5V.For its operation, 100µA is the supply current.REF4132 is a series of gadgets.Its supplier voltage reference circuit package is SOT-23-5.
