REF3440TIDBVR Overview


An easy-to-use SOT-23-6 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.05% tolerance.As a result, it outputs 4.096 V voltage.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C ~ 125°C (TA).For applications with 10 mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.An input voltage of 4.596V ~ 12V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 4.096V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 95µA is the supply current.Among the REF3440 series of gadgets, it is a camera.There is SOT-23-6 device package associated with this voltage reference circuit's supplier.
