REF3440QDBVRQ1 Overview
A handy package called SOT-23-6 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The handy Cut Tape (CT) variable is used in this program.The 6 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.05%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 4.096V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~125°C TA is my area of expertise.By searching "REF3440, you can find more relevant parts.10mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Supplying it with 4.596V volts is the minimum voltage required.A 4.596V~12V voltage input is common with the voltage reference ic.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 4.096V.A 95μA-shaped supply current is used to operate the voltage reference ic.A voltage reference circuit's maximum voltage output is tested 4.098048V.This gadget is voltage reference circuit of the Automotive, AEC-Q100, REF34xx series.
