REF3430TIDBVR Overview
The reference voltage makes use of the handy SOT-23-6 package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Series References control.External packaging MouseReel encloses the voltage reference ic.Tolerance of ±0.05% for precise voltage measurements.A voltage of 3 V is output as a result of the test statistics.A Fixed form is available for input by the user.In the case of demanding PCB designs, Surface Mount is available.Suitable for work within -40°C ~ 125°C (TA).Inputs of 10 mA are compatible with the reference voltage.Most commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply 3.5V ~ 12V volts.In this case, the voltage is fixed at 3V.This voltage reference circuit runs on a supply current of 72 uA volts.For its operation, 95µA is the supply current.REF3430 is a series of gadgets.Its supplier voltage reference circuit package is SOT-23-6.
