REF3430QDBVRQ1 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy SOT-23-6 package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Cut Tape (CT) external packaging.6 terminations with various functions.±0.05% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 3V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "REF3430".It is suitable for 10mA input applications.A minimum voltage of 3.5V is required to supply it.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 3.5V~12V voltage input.A fixed/minimum voltage of 3V is generated.95μA is the supply current it uses to operate.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 3.0015V.It is a gadget from the Automotive, AEC-Q100, REF34xx series.
