REF3430IDBVR Overview
Uses the handy SOT-23-6 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 6.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±0.05% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 3V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed NOT SPECIFIED.Part 6 has its pins 6 settled.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.Searching for "REF3430" will yield other relevant parts.It can be used by applications with 10mA inputs.For it to be powered, a voltage of 3.5V must be provided.In most cases, the voltage reference circuit can supply voltage inputs of 3.5V~12V volts.This voltage is fixed/minimum.There is a supply current called 95μA that is used to operate the voltage reference ic.Tests are conducted to determine the voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage 3.0015V.There are several gadgets in the REF34xx series.
