REF3333AIDCKR Overview
There is a handy package SC-70, SOT-323 used in this program.Series control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Terminations with various functions 3.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of ±0.15%.An analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.The output voltage 3.3V is determined by test statistics.The output should be 1.Input can be entered on a Fixed form.It contains 3 pins.The temperature should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.If you are designing a PCB that requires a high level of precision, Surface Mount is available.Within -40°C~125°C TA range of work.The search term "REF3333" will return other relevant parts.It is able to handle 5mA input applications.Voltage 5V is required.For it to work, it requires a voltage of 3.5V volts.It is common for the voltage reference circuit to accept a voltage input of 3.5V~5.5V.In this case, 3.3V is the fixed/minimum voltage generated.As a result of its operation, the supply current used is 8.5μA.We test the voltage reference circuit's greatest voltage output 3.45V.
