REF3330AIRSER Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-UFQFN package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.±0.15% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 3V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "REF3330".It is suitable for 5mA input applications.It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 3V lower than 3V.It requires a 5V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 3.2V is required to supply it.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 3.2V~5.5V voltage input.The voltage reference circuit uses 5μA when it is idle.It runs on 8.5μA supply current.It has INPUT VOLTAGE MAX:7.5V to better fulfill the purpose.
