REF3312AIRSET Overview
This program uses the 8-UFQFN package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.15% is the tolerance.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 1.2V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.Reflow soldering should not exceed 260 degrees Celsius.There is a part with 8 pins that have been settled.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "REF3312".Input applications can use the voltage reference with 5mA.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 5V.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 1.4V.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 1.8V~5.5V voltage input.Fixed/minimal voltage of 1.25V is generated.It is powered by a current of 8.5μA which is used for its operation.An item from the series Automotive, AEC-Q100.
