REF3233AMDBVREP Overview
Uses the handy SOT-23-6 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 6.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±0.2% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 3.3V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.The part includes pins 6.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Part 6 has its pins 6 settled.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -55°C~125°C TA.Searching for "REF3233" will yield other relevant parts.It is impossible to expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 10mA in this case.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 3.3V when compared to its input voltage.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 3.3V.The maximum input voltage for this part is 7.5V, which means that voltage input should be limited accordingly.In order for it to work, you must supply a voltage of 5V.In most cases, the voltage reference circuit can supply voltage inputs of 3.35V~5.5V volts.At idle, the part uses 100μA.A supply current of 120μA volts powers this voltage reference circuit.As evidenced in the record, it requires at least 3.35V voltage for the voltage reference circuit to run.
