REF3230AMDBVREP Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy SOT-23-6 package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.6 terminations with various functions.±0.2% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 3V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 6 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.6 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -55°C~125°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "REF3230".You cannot expect output current higher greater than 10mA from the reference voltage.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 3V voltage at its maximum.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 3V lower than 3V.Since the max input voltage of the part is 7.5V, users ought to confine the voltage correspondingly.It requires a 5V supply voltage.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 3.05V~5.5V voltage input.The voltage reference circuit uses 100μA when it is idle.It runs on 120μA supply current.The record shows, it requires 3.05V voltage at least to get the voltage reference ic run.
