REF3230AIDBVT Overview
This program uses the SOT-23-6 package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 6, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.2% is the tolerance.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 3V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 6 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed 260 degrees Celsius.There is a part with 6 pins that have been settled.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "REF3230".If the voltage reference ic outputs 10mA current, you cannot expect it to output more.There are currently 1 high-quality communication channels available.It has a maximum output voltage of 3V, which is equal to its maximum input voltage.There is a voltage output of 2.994V at the lowest point.Due to the part's maximum input voltage of 5.5V, users need to confine the voltage accordingly.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 5V.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 3.05V~5.5V voltage input.A part that is idle uses 120μA.This machine runs on 100μA volts of supply current.Are there substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the voltage reference circuit?Voltage references can generate voltages of 3V regardless of external conditions.This voltage reference circuit requires a voltage of at least 3.05V to function.Using currents exceeding 120μA may result in improper operation and component damage.
