REF3133AIDBZTG4 Overview

It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.3 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "REF3133".You cannot expect output current higher greater than 10mA from the reference voltage.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 3.3V voltage at its maximum.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 3.3V lower than 3.3V.Since the max input voltage of the part is 5.5V, users ought to confine the voltage correspondingly.It requires a 5V supply voltage.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 3.35V~5.5V voltage input.The voltage reference circuit uses 100μA when it is idle.It runs on 135μA supply current.Does the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?
