REF1930AIDDCR Overview
SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have ±0.1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 3V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -55°C~150°C TJ.REF1930 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 20mA inputs.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 3.02V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 3.02V~5.5V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 3V.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 360μA.It operates on a supply current of 460μA for its operation.It is tested at 3.003V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has INPUT VOLTAGE MAX:6V.
