RB103K0J Overview
There is a Bulk package for NTC thermistors. The package 0603 includes it for convenience. As a result, the resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±5%. If you wish to ensure reliable performance, you should set the temperature of NTC thermistors to -40°C ~ 125°C. A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is required for the reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors may be operated at a temperature of -40°C. As a result of NTC thermistors, there is a maximum power setting of 150mW.
