PL133-47SC-R Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is available for the cut smart buffer. In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. Normal operation has a maximum value of 150MHz. A total of 8 terminations have been found in it. The supply voltage of 2.5V is capable of providing high efficiency. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. This electronic part is classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution). If you wish to ensure reliable performance, you should set the temperature to 0°C~70°C. In general, it should be able to work with a power source of 2.25V~3.63V volts. There is a place for it in the way of Surface Mount. Buffer IC is LVCMOS that is output. In order for the timeing clock to operate, it is connected to the 8 pins. The structure belongs to the PL133 family of structures. There is a circuit clock contained within Clock & Timer ICs that is responsible for this function. This value is set to 3.63V for the maximum available supply voltage (Vsup). A voltage higher than 2.25V is necessary for normal operation of the system. By default, the output of the circuit clock is set to 4 Output. It is possible to have 4 true outputs. In this case, the electronic part belongs to the -- series. A value of LVCMOS is used in the configuration of the output.
