For greater flexibility, its Die package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4V~5.5V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 100V.
