PDB-C440-46B Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Lens Top Metal Can packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 70°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -15°C. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 150pA current.
