PD55025-E Description
The component is an enhancement-mode lateral field-effect RF power transistor with a shared source N-channel. It is intended for industrial, commercial, and high gain applications. It runs in common source mode at 12 V at frequencies as high as 1 GHz. The PowerSO-10RF, the first genuine SMD plastic RF power package, houses ST's most recent LDMOS technology, which features high gain, linearity, and reliability. The gadget is the perfect choice for automobile mobile radio because to its high linearity performance. The PowerSO-10 plastic package, which aims to provide excellent reliability, is the first high power SMD package to receive ST JEDEC approval. It delivers good RF performance, is simple to assemble, and has been specifically tuned for RF requirements.
