P1020NSN2DFB Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 689-BBGA Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 2 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~125°C TA. The QorIQ P1 series contains it. A PowerPC e500v2 processor powers this CPU.
