OMAP3530EZCBB Overview
Packed in 515-VFBGA, FCBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. It comes from the OMAP-35xx series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. This CPU uses LPDDR RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.0V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with OMAP3530. There are 515 terminations totally. With a 1V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. Please refer to the datasheets for 515 pins functions. 515 pins are injected into the part body. This embedded microprocessor is equipped with 3 UART (Universal Asynchro3us Receiver/Transmitter) channels
