With a packing size of 423-LFBGA, FCBGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. The CPU contains LPDDR RAM controllers. This microprocessor is equipped with an interface of HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART. 1.8V 3.0V is the CPU's I/O address. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. You can search for variants of a microprocessor with OMAP3530. As a whole, there are 423 terminations.
