NTE923D Overview


The Liner regulator IC is packaged in DIP case. On the Linear IC itself, there are 14 terminations. Adjustable is the output type of the Voltage Regulator IC. There is a current output of 150mA from this regulator IC. There are 1 outputs total on this voltage regulator IC in order to ensure that prompt and sufficient performance is achieved. Chips have 14 pins. In order to meet the operation requirements, its maximal output current reaches 150mA. You should use the regulator IC when the temperature is below 70°C. It is not possible to operate the chip below 0°C operating temperature. The IC regulator can generally output 37V volts on a system basis.
