In order for the device to operate normally, the RMS on-state current should be maintained at 4 A.This device's repetitive peak off-state voltage is 100 V, the maximum peak voltage it allows across its off-state.Gate trigger current is the amount of gate current required for a device to switch from its blocked (Off) state to its unblocked (On) state, and DC gate trigger current-Max is 0.2 mA.
