NN30195A-VB Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 24 terminations. The space-saving 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 500kHz 1MHz 2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.6V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the NN30195 family is represented. A voltage of 3.5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 24 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 600mV volts. A 6A A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. With a maximum output voltage of 3.5V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency.
