NM24C04LN Overview
There is a memory type Non-Volatile for this type of device. The case comes in the Tube style. The file is embedded in a 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case. This chip has an 4Kb 512 x 8 size of memory on it, so a lot of data can be stored on it. Memory data is stored in EEPROM-format, which is common in mainstream devices. 0°C~70°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications. A supply voltage of 2.7V~5.5V can be applied to it. There is a recommended mounting type of Through Hole for it. The chip contains 8 terminations. As many as 1 functions are supported for comprehensive working. An 3.3V supply is required for this ic memory chip to operate properly. During the rotation of the clock, the ic memory chip is set as 100kHz. A package of 8 pins is used to protect this memory device. The memory device has 8 pins, which means that it has 8 memory locations, which indicates it is an 8-bit device. Although it has all the merits this chip has, it is also equipped with 16 BYTE PAGE WRITE; DATA RETENTION > 40 YEARS to give a performance boost to the system.
