NLV14012BDG Overview
The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. As a result, it works on the principle of NAND Gate. The part must have a voltage of 3V~18V in order to function properly. Operating temperature around -55°C~125°C extended.
