NJM431E# Overview


A handy package called 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Tube variable is used in this program.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±2.2%.Input is taken from a Adjustable form.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~85°C TA is my area of expertise.100mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Generally, the cathode current should be 1mA.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 2.495V.There would be 36V higher voltage than 36V from the voltage reference circuit.0 is the device package of the supplier for this voltage reference circuit.
