ND03M00472M-- Overview


Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a MouseReel package. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package 48-VFBGA. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±20% in order to operate. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C ~ 85°C (TA). Temperatures of 150 °C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -55 °C for reliability. In order for NTC thermistors to work properly, they must have their 2 pins connected. The thermistors set their maximum power to 250 mW. It is possible for NTC thermistors to operate at a maximum power dissipation of 250 mW.
