NCP5351DG Overview


Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~6.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -30°C~125°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration starts with 8 terminations.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.On the board, there are 8 component pins.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 25V.
