A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 10-VDFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.
