NCP431BCSNT1G Overview
Uses the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 3.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±0.5% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 36V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Adjustable form.The part includes pins 3.Part 3 has its pins 3 settled.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.It is impossible to expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 100mA in this case.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 36V when compared to its input voltage.The cathode current should be 60μA.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 2.5V.The maximum input voltage for this part is 37V, which means that voltage input should be limited accordingly.Parts would send a voltage of 36V at their maximum.
