NCP3420MNR2G Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.6V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number NCP3420.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 35V (Bootstrap).Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 12V.
