NCP3418ADR2 Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.6V~13.2V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number NCP3418.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.There are 8 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 30V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
