NCP100ALPRPG Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Box (TB) external packaging.±1.7% tolerance for precise voltage reference.It can handle Adjustable output (s).Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.It is suitable for 20mA input applications.Generally, 100μA is what its cathode current should be.A fixed/minimum voltage of 0.9V is generated.The highest voltage the voltage reference ic would send is 6V.This voltage reference ic's supplier device package is TO-92-3.
