NBSG86ABAHTBG Overview
The 16-LBGA, FCBGA package. This package includes the Tape & Reel (TR) package as part of its contents. There is a version in Surface Mount available. There is full functionality in the Differential output of this device. Configurable Multiple Function logic communication type is used.
