NB3RL02FCT2G Overview
8-WFBGA, WLCSP case is available for the cut smart buffer. In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. Normal operation has a maximum value of 52MHz. A total of 8 terminations have been found in it. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. This electronic part is classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution).
