NB20L00223MBA Overview


NTC thermistors are packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). The 1206 (3216 Metric) package contains it for your convenience. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±20%. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -55 to 150 °C to ensure reliable operation. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 150 °C. In order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors can be operated at a minimum temperature of -55 °C. To make an NTC thermistor work properly, it needs to have the 2 pins connected. As a result, the NTC thermistors set a maximum power of 240 mW. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 240 mW of power.
