MX7520TQ/883B Overview


A 16-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is provided with this component. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Through Hole-pin. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -55°C~125°C. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tube. 16 pins are designed into the device. A maximum voltage of 15V can be supplied to it. As long as the supply voltage is at least 5V, it is able to work properly.
