Varactor is possible for the device to deliver a value of 6.1pF based on Varactorss capacVaractorsance.A capacitor's capacitance ratio, or ability to store electric charge, is 3.2.There is no diode cap tolerance on this device.The diode can deliver a capacitance of 6.8pF.150°C TJ is the recommended operating temperature range.As an added benefit, the TO-226-2, TO-92-2 (TO-226AC) package is space-saving.30V is the electrical rated DC voltage for this device.In addition to supporting a wide range of reverse voltages, this device is also capable of 30V forward voltages.
