MSP430F415IPMR Description
Packaged in a 64-LQFP format, this MCU is available in a compact size. There are 48 I/O ports on this IC chip. The Microcontroller's mounting type is Surface Mount and this IC chip has the following features. There is a 16-Bit core at the core of this MCU. There is a type of program memory called FLASH in the Microcontroller. In this Microcontroller, temperature is controlled within the range -40°C~85°C TA. The electrical component that you are looking at belongs to the MSP430x4xx series of components. Having a size of 16KB 16K x 8 + 256B, Microcontroller has a program memory of X bytes.
