A cost-effective RF amplifier with WIDE BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave device type.Input RF type ISM of the RF amplifier.High reliability is achieved using advanced RF Amp' packaging Bulk.Shipping overseas is convenient thanks to the RF power Amplifier's packaging in 4-SMD (200 mil BeO).The mount Amplifiers RF should be done in the direction of Surface Mount.It is possible to supply 10.5V~13.5V volts to the Amplifiers RF.Added features of this RF Amp include: HIGH RELIABILITYIt is powered by a RF Amplifiers' current of 80mA~200mA which is used for its operation.4 terminations with various functions.
